The Ignis 100
The Ignis 100 is a fire bowl with a diameter of 100 cm. You light the wood in the fire starter in the center and then spread the embers across the bowl. This allows you to decide where to grill, roast, or place a pan over the fire. The height is adjustable from 58 to 95 cm. Designed and made in Drenthe.

Is shipping included?
Yes. The prices of the Ignis 100 include VAT and shipping. For orders under €150, we charge €10 shipping costs; from €150, shipping is free. We ship with DHL and always contact you in advance when ordering a BBQ to arrange a delivery time.
How is the Ignis 100 delivered?
The Ignis 100 is large and heavy and is therefore delivered on a pallet by truck. Make sure someone is home and that the delivery address is easily accessible. Unloading is done with a pump truck, so a flat, hard surface is required, such as paving or asphalt. We ship accessories as a parcel via DHL.
When will I receive my order?
We process your order as quickly as possible and will let you know the expected delivery time after you place your order. For a pallet-delivered BBQ, we will agree on a delivery time in advance. If a product is made to order or is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Where are your products made?
All our barbecues and accessories are designed and made in Drenthe, from robust 3 and 5 mm thick steel. So you are buying directly from us, the makers.
How much warranty do I get?
You receive a 24-month warranty on manufacturing and material defects under normal residential use. Discolouration due to heat, slight warping and surface rust are inherent to steel and are not covered by the warranty. Submit a warranty claim with your proof of purchase, order number and clear photos via info@vistagrillz.nl.
Can I also use charcoal?
Yes. The Ignis 100 is designed for firewood, but also works perfectly with charcoal. The fire starter in the center quickly produces hot embers, which you can then spread across the fire bowl to create your own cooking zones.
Will the fire bowl rust?
Steel is a natural product. Light surface rust and discoloration from heat are normal and come with cooking over an open fire. You can prevent rust by cleaning the BBQ after use, removing ash and grease residue, lightly oiling the parts, and storing the BBQ in a dry place whenever possible.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. Do not light the BBQ during this period and do not use the pans and accessories. Always contact us first at info@vistagrillz.nl or +31 6 51522331. For a large BBQ, we will agree on how it can be safely returned.
