What is a fire bowl BBQ?

A fire bowl BBQ is a large steel bowl in which you cook over a real fire. In the middle you light the fire with firewood or charcoal. Then you spread the embers or coals over the bowl. This way you create hot and less hot zones to grill, bake and stir-fry at the same time. After eating it remains an atmospheric fire pit.
