7. Payments via Mollie

For online payments, we use Mollie B.V. (Amsterdam). For payments, for example via iDEAL, Mollie processes the necessary payment and transaction data to execute, verify, and, if applicable, refund the payment. Mollie acts as an independent data controller in this regard and is bound by the rules for payment service providers.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. We use necessary cookies for the operation of the webshop, such as the shopping cart and checkout. In addition, exclusively with your consent via the cookie banner, we use the following Google services:

Google Analytics – to gain insight into the use of our website so that we can improve it.
Google Ads – to measure whether our ads lead to visits or purchases (conversion measurement) and to show ads to people who have previously visited our website (remarketing).
Google Merchant Center – to show our products in Google Shopping.

9. With which parties do we share personal data?

VistaGrillz does not sell personal data to third parties. We may share personal data with service providers when this is necessary for our business operations, including Shopify (webshop), Mollie (payments), DHL (shipping), Google (Analytics, Ads, and Merchant Center), Microsoft (administration), and other technical service providers.

We only share data that is necessary for the relevant purpose and, where necessary, make agreements regarding the protection of personal data.

10. Transfers outside the EEA

Some service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. When this happens, we ensure that the transfer takes place in accordance with applicable privacy laws and that appropriate safeguards are applied when legally required.

11. Retention periods

We retain order and billing data for 7 years based on tax legislation. We retain contact requests for a maximum of 2 years after the request has been handled. We retain warranty and return data for the applicable warranty period.

Cookie and analytical data are retained according to the settings of the respective services.

VistaGrillz takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, unauthorized modification, and unlawful processing.

Our administration and business documents are stored within Microsoft 365, and appropriate agreements have been made with Microsoft regarding the processing and security of personal data. Under the conditions set by the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent.
